Then in 1990, she enhanced to a 36B to appear as a ‘Playboy' Playmate. In 1997 she went to a 34C and then further boosted to a 'D'. All of a sudden, she announced in 1999 that she had her implants removed. After some time it was heard that she had again got them inserted.

2. Drew Barrymore

In the race of getting perfect boobs, most of the stars enhance their cup size. But Drew Barrymore is one of the rare few, who had got their size reduced at the tender age of 16. At such an age, she was a double D. She says that they just weren't suited to her small frame: 'I walked through life with missile tits, with an eyesore in the middle of my body. It was something that made me feel degraded.' Now at the age of 32, she insists she's never regretted her extreme decision, claiming that the surgery 'changed my life'.
